Yet, it’s with the people you already know that you have the most influence and because you know them, you should already have a pretty good idea whether or not they are a good match for the type of team member you are after. Demonstrate the qualities you are after. Remember, by law of attraction, like attracts like. So the best way to ensure you are attracting people with the qualities you are after is by being the embodiment of those qualities yourself. 3. Your family and friends are your best prospects because they are your “warm market”. I think the exact opposite.
